Effective and Meaningful Teacher Feedback
To make the most positive impact, school administrators, instructional coaches, and supervisors should keep the following in mind when providing teacher feedback:

Acknowledge each teacher’s strengths and areas of improvement instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach.

Keep discussions centered on ways to improve individual teachers’ classroom-level abilities rather than spotlighting things about their personalities.

Provide specific feedback, mentioning particular areas needing improvement or instances of effective teaching practices. While generic statements like “Good job” may sound positive, they hardly call the teacher’s attention to maintain or improve any specific teaching practice.

Encourage two-way communication with teachers, giving room for open discussions where they can seek clarifications, share their views, and participate in their professional growth.

Give timely feedback to allow teachers to reflect on their practices and make adjustments while the classroom experience is still fresh in their minds.

This course was in fact a fruitful and rewarding experience for me. During my 3 months of learning English in this course, not only have I learnt various skills for reading and listening, but also how to make my writing spontaneous and well-organised. Mr J and Ms Joyce were also diligent teachers where they were willing to help us mark and comment on our works despite they may have to sacrifice a lot of their break time so we may observe our strengths and weaknesses in English. This course has undeniably become my stepping stone to enhance my English.

只係上左第一堂已經顛覆左我對英文呢一科嘅想像🥲Ms Joyce係writing教左好多vocabulary同sentence pattern 同埋解釋左有啲咩方法先可以拎到5** Mr J係reading部分教嘅skills都真係非常嘅實用 本來對於呢種題目係完全出手無策 但係上完之後真係學識左好多野

Paper 1: 學到唔同嘅skills, 可以apply係mc同埋long que到, 用短時間就可以搶到分
Paper 2 & 4: 有唔少vocab同埋phrase可以學, 可以趁未到s6, 打好底子
Paper 3: 利用上堂學到嘅skills, 可以係5分鐘prep time之內分好sources, 搵point輕鬆咗

這個雙導師的課程能夠同時體驗兩種不同的教學風格，課堂上亦有教不同分卷嘅技巧，而整體的上課氣氛都好好，兩位老師有陣時都會講啲好笑嘢，令我哋更加享受整個課堂時段。

以雙導師的方式作授課十分新穎及全面。課堂內容涵蓋Paper 1-3，都是十分實用的技巧。除此之外，每堂都有一份 weekly newsletter，讓學生在考試時，需要用到時事例子的時候，都可以處變不驚。

Very useful skills
Especially for reading
At first I thought that everything will be just paraphrasing to answer correctly, but it turns out to be just copying from the passage by finding keywords
And I also like how they teach some of the vocabularies by reading news, so I can learn English and know more about the daily news at the same time.

這個雙導師的課程真的好有用，可以提高英文底子，又可以學到在日校學不到的考試技巧。老師教學方法也很有趣，上課的時候也不會覺得無聊
